Tiramisu & Pasta Master Сlass in Rome will give you a sense of happiness and the taste of La Dolce Vita. Indeed, translated from Italian, «tiramisu» literally means «lift me up», «make me happy» (it contains coffee and natural cocoa).
During our hands-on cooking class, you will prepare two dishes of Italian cuisine – fresh Italian pasta and tiramisu dessert. And, of course, after the master class, you will taste your culinary masterpieces! This is a great idea for a relaxed Italian-style holiday for kids and adults!
During the master class you will:
- Get brief theoretical information about the peculiarities of making pasta and tiramisu
- Make your own pasta dough with fresh eggs and then roll it out
- Choose one of three types of pasta for cooking – tagliolini, fettuccine or pappardelle, as well as a sauce for your pasta
- Prepare the tiramisu cake using eggs, savoiardi cookies impregnated with natural coffee, and Italian cream cheese mascarpone
- Taste your tiramisu and pasta prepared during the master class

Tiramisu and pasta-making class takes place in the historic center of Rome

The price includes: 1.5-hour tiramisu and pasta making class (languages: Italian or English) + the opportunity to taste the self-made dishes + a bottle of water + a glass of wine or a small bottle of beer (for persons over 18 years old).
